This spacious private 4LDK house is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Yotsugi Station on the Keisei Line, with direct access to Asakusa in only 9 minutes.
It can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family trips or stays with a group of friends.

Up to 10 guests can stay, but we recommend around 8 guests for a more comfortable and spacious experience.

The first floor features a living room, a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a washing machine.
On the second and third floors, there are multiple bedrooms, allowing guests to enjoy both comfort and privacy.

Please note that there is no elevator between the 2nd and 3rd floors, so access is by stairs only.
As is common in traditional Japanese homes, the stairs are relatively steep—please think of it as a little workout and enjoy the experience!

Within walking distance, you will find supermarkets, convenience stores, and a variety of restaurants, including popular local izakayas.
This area is also well known as a place associated with the anime Captain Tsubasa, and you can find related monuments and decorations around the station and neighborhood.

Next to the house is a park famous for its connection to the popular Japanese soccer manga Captain Tsubasa.
It is spacious and has plenty of playground equipment, making it a great place for children to enjoy without getting bored.

There is no step between the changing area and the bathroom, and the bath area is spacious enough for a comfortable and relaxing soak.

Basic seasonings such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided, so you can enjoy cooking here just as you would at home.
There is also a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.

After the check-in procedure is completed, we will send you the number for the key lock.

Please check out by 10:00 AM.
Cleaning staff will arrive after 10:00 AM. If you do not check out on time, a penalty fee of JPY 2,000 per 15 minutes will be charged.

Luggage storage in the room after 10:00 AM may be possible. Please contact us via chat for details.
Early check-in / late check-out is available for JPY 2,000 per hour, with advance reservation required by the day before and subject to availability.

Please strictly follow the rules below. Violations may result in additional charges.

If the room is left excessively dirty due to inappropriate use, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
If any items are lost or damaged, the replacement cost may be charged.
If more guests than the number declared in the reservation are found staying at the property, an additional fee of JPY 10,000 per extra guest will be charged.
(The number of guests will be confirmed using the security camera at the entrance.)
Please separate garbage as indicated on the trash bins.
Please wash any dishes and cooking utensils you use.
Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property, including the park next door.
Smoking is allowed only on the deck/balcony. Smoking indoors or near the entrance is strictly prohibited.
